As part of the international Veolia group, ANAM has the capacity to implement new technologies that ensure continuous improvement in quality standards. The 2025 edition of AQUASUR TECH, based in Punta Arenas, gives ANAM the opportunity to show the characteristics of a comprehensive service not only in terms of water sampling and analysis in different matrices, but also in complementary services such as odor and gas management, flow meter testing and drinking water meters. All this thanks to a modern infrastructure and a committed and qualified staff with the support and prestige of LABAQUA and the AGUAS group. ANAM has two duly accredited laboratories, located in Puerto Montt and Santiago, which, through a modern infrastructure, reinforce our commitment to continuous optimization and the vocation of a quality service. We have nationwide operational coverage, which positions us as a reliable laboratory that provides services throughout the country. Throughout our history we have distinguished ourselves by delivering guaranteed results through a robust quality system (process traceability), which is supported by the accreditations under the INN – SISS agreement NCH – ISO 17.025, NCH 17.020 and A2LA. Additionally, we have certifications ISO 9.001 (Quality), ISO 14.001 (Environmental Management) and also ISO 45001 (Safety and Operational Health), authorization from SAG (Resolution Nº: 8132/2020) for the agro-environmental sustainability of agricultural soils, as well as from the Seremi de Salud for everything related to hazardous waste (Resolution Nº 7455) and as a bromatological laboratory (Resolution N° 48804/2012).
