Since 2012, Abastible has led the energy transition in the salmon industry, pioneering the implementation of power generation and cogeneration projects, both offshore and onshore. Its approach has made it possible to replace fossil fuels with high emissions, such as fuel oil, diesel and benzine, with liquefied gas, a cleaner and more efficient alternative. This has contributed significantly to the reduction of spills and water pollution in the aquaculture industry.
